Paul Lathrop has been following the development of the pistol for many years and knows how important the project is to Pincus. At the same time, Pincus explained that it hasn’t been the top priority, much less the only project, he’s been working on since 2013. The last year has been the real push to get it done, after several key pieces fell, or were forced, into place.
